On Sunday, Zimbabwe Cricket confirmed that they will host West Indies for two Tests to be played in October and November.

The two Tests will both be played in Bulawayo at Queen’s Sports Club. The first one will begin on the 21st of October while the second one will begin on the 29th of October. Before the Test, a three-day practice with Zimbabwe A will be played, with the Windies expected to arrive on the 11th.

West Indies are fresh from their England tour, in which the West Indies side were defeated in two Tests, but they won one T20 match.

Zimbabwe are riding on their surprise success in Sri Lanka, in which they won the ODI series 3-2, although they lost the hard-fought Test by 4 wickets.

The return of Kyle Jarvis and Brendan Taylor who had quit their international careers for county cricket is massively seen as a major boost for the national cricket team.
