Back in 2017 we were introduced to a young woman with a big voice through The Voice Australia. The Zimbabwean-Australian based singer Michelle Mutyora caught the attention of The Voice coaches and fans when she sang the rendition of Beyonce’s song Listen. Her audition has gathered almost thirty thousand views. Though she didn’t make it to The Voice Australia finals she has never stopped pursuing her passion for music.
”The journey on The Voice has opened so many doors for me, I got a chance to mingle with a lot of upcoming singers and as well learn more about the music industry”, says Michelle
She recently released her debut single titled Blood Red Moon. The song is an image of her powerful yet sweet vocals that are deliberately placed into a nice production. Her new single is available on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music or Google Play. Get it,listen to it and tell us what you think about it in the comments below.
Currently she’s working with a female group called Platinum Harmony and recently got a nomination for Young Rising Star at the Australian Club Entertainment Awards.
We can’t wait to see what has in store. Maybe a little collaboration with a big music star or live in concert in Zimbabwe, that’s definitely something we will be looking forward to. All the best to Michelle.
